The delicately delicious cinnamon streusel aroma that wafts through the air. The pop of the sizzling
bacon that transforms your morning. The carefully crafted caramel latte that you couldn't get through
your day without.
The magical meal (can you tell I like alliteration?) that will take your day from Monday blah to that bacon that transforms your morning. The carefully crafted caramel latte that you couldn't get through
your day without.
Friday feeling!
Breakfast.Breakfast.
Breakfast.
(Yes, it was necessary for me to say it three times.)
This blog is all about Breakfast. Recipes to try: for on the go, for the freezer, for kids, for a crowd.
Coffee shops to visit. Snazzy eateries that need to make your breakfast bucket list. I’ll explore then
implore you to indulge in my findings.

Why?
Because there are two types of people in this world: the ones who will barf at the thought of food in
the morning and the ones whose stomachs scream “Feed me!” the instant their feet hit the floor in
the morning.

I have always been the latter.
When I was younger my breakfast consisted of Frosted Flakes or Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-tarts.
As I got older, I felt like I needed more. Not physically. But there were aspects of breakfast I was
missing, and I just could not take it anymore.

So, I started making (as in heating in the microwave) frozen pancakes. Big step up, I know.
But it still wasn't enough.
I looked forward to the weekends when there was more time, and I would awake to the smell of
cinnamon toast and eggs.

And that is where my true love for breakfast started. With toast.
I learned how to make cinnamon toast and would scurry out of bed early on school mornings to
slather butter on bread and smother it in cinnamon and sugar.

Soon I began to experiment with other types of toast. Peanut butter and strawberries, Nutella
and blackberries, cheese and pickles. I realized there was no wrong answer. All toast is absolutely
amazing.

All breakfast is amazing.
I am still in love with toast, but I now I like to branch out and indulge in new categories of breakfast:
muffins, casseroles, cookies, Crock-pot creations.

Then I realized there have to be other breakfast maniacs like me out there. So now - this blog.
I’ll take the time to research and write. All you have to do is click, read, choose, try, and enjoy!
